Answers:
how about you stay overnight at a national park or a reserve or something. That is something everyone can do and there are people around just in case anyone gets hurt.

If you live in California, invite only your true best friends and best guy friends and go up to Angel's Camp.

How about a pool party or a back yard dance you could invite every one over to your house have a bbq out doors followed by music dance and maybe even a dance off get 3 people to be the judges and everyone else has to show what they can do it can either be couples or solo and the winner gets a prize maybe an extra slice of cake or something

a cake with rose icing
homeade caramel
homeade green marshmallows

only invite ur good friends or invite a lot of ppl to a CARNIVAL theme with candy apples, popcornmaker, cotton candy, "games" with prizes, a dance floor and LOUD music!! then at night, have a few paper lanterns with a barbeque or if u have a bonfire use it! dont forget the smores

1st are you absolutelly sure no one is throwing a party for you, which is usually how birthdays are done, if yes , then a camp out in local scenic camp ground near water or snow, except for the no sleepover rule, so why not plan a bash at your l;ocal favorite hangout. make sure the drinks are green as the birthstone is the emerald.
