I love parties like this!

One of my favorite games to play is called " a commercial in a bag"

Go through your house with 3 bags, collect random and odd things to put in the bags ( toilet paper, stuffed animal, mayonnaise, hemorrhoid cream, makeup, dress shoes, diaper, whatever!)

Try not to make the bag themed, but rather somewhat random.

At the party, divide the group into 3 teams making sure to put at least one outgoing/creative person on each team. Give each team a bag and 10 minutes in a separate part of the house. In that time they need to come up with a commercial, it can be for one of the products in the bag, a commercial for a vacation spot, whatever.

Each person has to be in the commercial in some way ( they don't all have to speak) and each item in the bag must be used.

THIS IS HILARIOUS! I still have some videos of when we did this at a women's retreat - we were in tears laughing so hard.

I usually play this after we have played a few other "ice breaker" type games and everyone is in the party mood.

I have LOTS more games, if you want more let me know.

Hope that helps

try monopoly

Twister is always fun... Even if you are not playing... everyone gets a good laugh! Have fun!

You can always play circle of death if you like drinking games. You place a pack of cards in a circle (facing down). Each card symbolizes something. E.g. The 2's are deal out cards so you deal out 2 drinks. etc

No board games? Hmm..how about charades?

How about Truth or Dare??
thats always a good one

A really fun game to play at parties like this is Taboo, it is so much fun and everyone gets involved. What about a purse scavenger hunt game? Where you give everyone a list of things that they need to find in there purse. The one with the most items wins a prize.

"Pictionary" is hilarious !! We have the party version that comes with a dry erase board. It has been a hit an any party we have put on. The more people the better too and be ready to laugh you butt off !!

: )

Wrap a bar of chocolate (or some other gift), in a layer of paper. Now wrap it in another layer and repeat until you have about 10 layers. Finally wrap it in gift paper (so it looks nice).
Sit everyone in a circle and play a short snippet of music. When the music stops, the person holding the parcel removes ONE layer of wrapping. Repeat until the last layer of wrapping has been removed.
The winner keeps the present.
*this could have some variation on it........have each guest bring a small gift(8-10 bucks max cost) wrapped in plain paper......and upon arriving each guest gets a number(drawn from a hat as they come in and don't show their numbers until the game begins), once all guests have arrived you collect the gifts and number thenthe guest with #1 chooses a gift and unwraps it......then guest with #2 chooses a gift and also unwraps it........they then have the option to keep their gift or take #1's gift.....if they take #1's gift...that person has the option to choose again or take #2's gift.....then #3 goes and so on......each opening allows the person to keep or "steal" another guest's gift..........this can be funny because sometimes once unwrapped there is a gift everyone wants....and in the end everyone gets a gift.....
________________

the unwrapping a chocolate barwith oven mitts on and eating it with a knife and fork is always fun......start with one die.....first person to roll a 6 has to put on the oven mitts and start unwrapping the chocolate......and be tricky a round egg shaped will be even harder to unwrap than a flat bar....have fun with it..........while the person is unwrapping everyone else continues the game......until the next person rolls a 6...they then swap places with the first person and continue trying to open the bar....whoever manages it and eats it wins

Form teams of two. Each team is given an object to perform with, in as many creative ways as possible. E.g. A hoola-Hoop
Hold it above your head and sing "Hark the Herald Angels sing"
Hold it in front of you and say "You get a good view of the Icebergs from this portthole"
Ideas for objects include:-
Hoola Hoop
Malibu Board
Tennis Racket
Football
Lampshade

Everyone sits in a circle except one who is given a pillow and blind-fold. They then go and place the pillow on a persons lap, sit on it and say ducky ducky. The person should say"quack quack" this can be done only 3 times. If the blind person guesses the name the person, they should now be given the blind fold and the game run over again - after everyone has changed their places.

depending on ow safe you area you live in and if the party will be at night.. what about a scavenger hunt?
or everyone brings their nightie and puts it in a bag and every one has to try and decide who's it is.. the nightie can be anything doesnt have to be that.
truth or dare.
purse bingo...
place a bunch of objects in a purse.. ask e the people to fill out a bingo card.. easy to make.. a paper with a bunch of squares that has a middle one.... and as the night goes on take items out of the bag first person to have the bingo wins
any of these sound good?
i hope i helped have a good party!

The last time we played games we did a life saver relay... break into two teams. Each person gets a toothpick you have to hold in your mouth. Each team gets one lifesaver and you have to pass it up and down the line. The first one to the end wins.

Second game we did was an in-house/on-person scavenger hunt. Such as... the first person to produce her checkbook. Or we left things on the table as decorations and then put them on the list to see if people had paid attention to their surroundings. Good luck.
