How do you put together a DeLonghi DCU62 commercial coffee maker?!

How do you put together a DeLonghi DCU62 commercial coffee maker?

I bought it off ebay and I'm not sure if I have all the parts. The top will not stay on. There's a tray, rod and spring on the inside and that's it.

Don't you have instructions with it?

you should have the plans to see if there are any missing parts, if not take it back
