I'm having wild rice with a package of frozen veggies that were sauteed then thrown into the Rice, Baked Chicken thighs, (skin on, bone it) and White Creamier Potatoes, nuked with Butter, S&P, Olive Oil, Onion Powder, Garlic and Parsely!. A simple, easy dinner cooked by the one and only ME! I like easy on the weekends in my profession, so here's how your kids or partner can help!.
Start the Wild Rice first with Chicken broth, boil together, then cover and set at low and simmer for 30 minutes!. Put the Chicken Thighs into a Baking Dish, add in your seasonings with yes, some more chicken broth, cook at 350 for 35 minutes, turn the oven off and let set for another 10 minutes inside the oven!. Wash and cut the White Potatoes in half, sprinkle them with Olive Oil, Melted Better, S&P, Onion Powder, Garlic, Parsely and Scallions, put them into the oven with the Chicken on a baking pan (sheet pan), whatever you have to put them into a single layer and cook them for the same time you cook your Chicken!. 5 minutes before your rice is done, microwave your steamer mixed veggies then add them into your wild rice when it's done!. That's it! And, I always make more to have leftovers, especially on the weekend! Hope this helps and the kids can assist you too!Www@FoodAQ@Com
