i would ask them why they took the choices in life they did and would they do anything different....

who would you choose for your dinner party and why???

Answers:
wow good choice...

i would have at my dinner party:
Stephen fry and ask him about his mental health issues....
Hitler to as why he did what he did and to see if he was just evil....
my mum she died when i was a baby ....
Cleopatra to see if she was as beautiful as people said...
Sir Robert Peel to see if he ever expected the police service to grow into what it as

gosh there so many.....

I would ask my father because he has been dead 12 years and it would be great to see him again.

Freddy Mercury, Nigel Kennedy, Beethoven, Marilyn Monroe, Elizabeth 1 Shakespeare, Hugh Laurie

Stephen King because he tells great stories and likes to chat about pop culture. Quentin Tarantino because he's a movie geek and listens to great obscure music. Willie Nelson because that guy's seen everything. Amanda Plummer (singer of the Dresden Dolls) so that my wife would have someone to talk to, plus Robert Plant, Les Claypool, and Saul Williams just because they are interesting and I'm a fan. I wouldn't want any dead people stinking up the place though. Oh, and I'd want legendary horror FX guru Tom Savini there just to pick his brain.

GREAT QUESTION,GANDHI, WHERE DID THE STRENGTH COME , TO BATTLE SUCH A COUNTRY?AMERICAN NAVAJO INDIANS, ON JOINING THE WORLD IN WW2,WHEN THEY ALMOST BECAME EXTINCT. AND NEFERTITI AMONG THOSE MEN' AROUND HER IN POWER

Sidney Portier and Myah Angelou because they both are so soft spoken, wise and I believe around them I would feel inner peace.

I asked the same question the other week, and I must say you have got better answers then I received.

My guests would include

Adolf Hitler
Sir Winston Churchill (probably have to keep an eye on these two though, but they would make great debates).
King Henry VIII
George Best (These two would be great guests along as they were kept away from the women for a while)
Julius Caesar
Marilyn Monroe & Rachel Welsh
Pamela Anderson (in case the party turned out crap)

It would have to be my late gran ( a few bacardi's and she was a scream), Marilyn Munro, princess di,(to see what the real stories was behind their deaths) stever irwin (for the kids!) you, me, queen victoria, (to see how life was then) and judy garland,( childhood fav) and my great aunt. (she was great company).
I think you would get bored with all the girls around...nevermind you can go with the kids!!!!
