B-Day fun?!

Question:

B-Day fun?

My b-day was 2 weeks ago and my sister in law took me, my sister and one of her daughter's out to eat dinner, she paid for everything, food, drinks (alcohol) and even got mariachis to serenade me with 2 songs which was an extra $30 dollars. Her b-day is coming up in one week and I have no idea what I want to do for her. Does anyone have anything in mind? It'll just be like a girls night out. Help please! I was thinking a passion party but then again I don't know if I just want to take her out to eat but I don't want to end up doing the same thing she did. BTW the restaurant she took us too had a dance floor and they turn off the lights and play really loud music which made if even more entertaining. OMG! what am I gonna do? Please help!!

Answers:
I don't know exactly what your sister in law is into, but I always thought that a good birthday party would have at least some place to eat, maybe at a beach side restaurant or at a boardwalk. If you did go to a boardwalk, take her out to ride some rides or play some carnival games. Trust me, if she doesn't mind walking around for a while, then its perfect!!! And I would wait until later in the day that way you get to see all of the flashy lights!!! And don't forget, she probably won't mind how bad things are, she'll just be glad for the quality time she can spend with you!!!

I would scour the entertainment part of your local newspaper to see if anything fun is going on that particular night. If you can't find anything, something my girlfriends and I do for each other is cook a gourmet meal and host pleasure parties. They're so much fun! Just purchase a few bottles of good wine, have plenty of snacks on hand, and celebrate the occasion.
