Answers:
Ham and roast beef, potato salad, pasta salad, rolls, 7 layer lettuce salad, lemon bars, apple pie and I'm sure many things in between :) My Mom should be calling tonight to go over it. I'll bet she'll want the green bean casserole too, LOL
I make deviled eggs also, got to have those and everyone loves them.
I try to make a new dessert every year and this year I'm using one out of the current Kraft foods magazine, Creamy Lemon Bars, it's on their web site.

I'm taking the family out to a brunch at an old mansion. They have fresh made omlettes and belguim waffles, fruit, cakes, Prime rib, ham, chicken, turkey, muffins, pastries, eggs, bacon, sausages, etc! And all for 13.99 a person!

Baked boneless ham, Fresh baked sweet potatoes w/marshmallows, mashed potatoes, homemade baked macoroni & cheese, corn, green bean cassorole, & biscuits....Apple pie & Strawberry shortcake for desert.
Recipe for the sweet potatoes. Get fresh sweet potatoes peel them. Cut them up and put them in a casserole dish. Put some butter in them depending on how many you use. Take & sprinkle brown sugar on top of them..bake at 350 for about 45 minutes to an hour or til tender. The butter & brown sugar will make a syrup, just by baking. Then take small marshmallows put on top, just enough to cover sweet potatoes. Bake for about 5 minutes at 500 degrees...be sure to watch the marshmallows you don't want to burn them. You just want them to be golden brown. Better than any canned potatoes!!!
