Answers:
7 layer dip...everybody loves it.
spread a pan with a layer of cream cheese. Add refried beans, cooked chop meat mixed with taco seasoning, salsa, shreaded taco cheese bake until the cheese melts. Top with sour cream and scallions. Serve with tostados.

Try "Ham Rollups" REAL easy to make. Get a packet of thinly sliced ham from the lunchmeat section of your grocery story or go to the deli but ask them to slice it thinly. Get a tub of cream cheese and some scallions those long green onions with the white bulbs on the end.

Spread some cream cheese on a slice of ham, put one scallion (cut to fit the ham slice so nothing is sticking out of the ends) on it and roll up the ham around the scallion - then slice in about 1/2 inch pieces - makes a really good quickie appetizer.

mozzarella sticks

I've got the perfect recipe for you!!!
In a glass baking dish or pie pan spread 1-2 pkgs of softened cream cheese(set it out of the fridge an hour or 2 before you are ready to make it) evenly.
Cover this with a can of chili(with or without beans)
Sprinkle shredded cheese over the cheese & chili & bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or just untill cheese melts a little.
Serve with corn chips for dipping. I use fritoes scoops.
Enjoy!!!

Pickle Wraps

All you need is:
2-4 packages of corned beef sandwich meat
1 jar of pickle spears
1 pkg of cream cheese, softened

Place two slices of meat together.
Spread cream cheese on top.
Cut off tips of pickles and seeds.
Place pickle on edge of meat.
Roll up the pickle.
Slice wrap into 4-5 pieces.

How about tortilla roll ups.

Mix softened cream cheese, shredded Cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder and green chile or chopped jalapenos (if you like hot things).

Spread on flour tortillas, roll up and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours or overnight. Slice the tortilla rolls in 1" pieces and serve.

Chicken Ramaki is always a big hit when I have to take something somewhere. It's simple to make.

Take a chicken breast and chop it in to small bite sized cubes. Take one cube of chicken and a slice of water chessnut and wrap it in a half a strip of bacon. Then put a toothpick through it to hold it together. Make as many as you can with one large chicken breast and two packs of bacon. Then bake them at 400 degrees for 20 min, then turn them and bake them for another 20 min or until bacon is crisp. I usually bake them on a rack of some sort so they can drip in to a reservoir. When they are done press them with paper towels and drizzle them with melted brown sugar.

They will have a sweet glaze and the saltiness in the bacon is a great combination.

Hot and spicy chicken wings
