Broiled tilapia with a brownrice/wildmushroom pilaf and chard braised in apple cider. Dessert is creme brulee. And a reisling, not sure which one, to go with it. (I take my food VERY seriously!)
Smoked ribs with BBQ sauce, baked potato and maybe a small salad
We had BLTs and hash browns.

for dinner i had turkey croquettes with mashed potatoes and stir fry of vegetables
I ended up meeting my husband and some of his coworkers at a Cajun place and had crab cakes a la mer, alligator bites, cole slaw, he had a shrimp po' boy - the beer was cold and a live jazz band was playing - very nice
I am making shrimps, bay scallops, and asparagus over linguine, along with an arugula salad.
