Hi there: I just happened to be looking at the Martha Stewart website earlier this week for some craft ideas, and came across what seemed to be a nicely thought-out Easter menu. No matter how you feel about her, you've got to hand it to her staff for their creativity and original ideas. The trend in Easter dinner recipes seems to be a ham or lamb main dish, vegetable sides, variation on potato dish and a colorful fruit-based dessert (maybe to symbolize spring). The recipes below even come with shopping lists (so Martha). I've added a suggestion from the Kraft kitchens too. Hope they'll be helpful to you.

I am making orange glazed ham, green bean casserole, mashed potatoes and gravy (gravy comes from the ham),deviled eggs and cake. To make the orange glazed ham simply do a light cover of brown sugar on the ham, cover w/ a thawed frozen can of orange juice and a can of 7-up. Super yummy. In fact, its the ONLY ham I am allowed to make any more as my family loves it so much.
