Answers:
You can go to Micheal's and find those cute litle chinese food to go packages. And you can decorate it with ribbons and bows. Make the cookies colorful and delicious. Put tissue papers at the botom if you like.

The box is maybe $2.00

Put them in your mouth.

Head to your local dollar store and pick up some cellophane bags. They are usually in packages of 8 -10. Then buy some cute ribbon to tie/dress them up! You could also see if they had any other containers (one store I was at had little Chinese takeout containers in pretty colors and fabrics).

You could wrap them in different colored cellophane and ribbons. If you are selling them, you could put a small hole in a business card and weave it into the ribbon.

Colorful tissue paper and a small box (like a shirt box).

Maybe bake your cookies on sticks. You can get cheap wood skewers like you bar-b-que on...I saw them at Dollar Tree. Then stick them in Styrofoam in the bottom of a basket (might need to hot glue the Styrofoam to the bottom of basket. Then stick your sticks w/ cookies in it and make a faux flower arrangement. Tissue paper in between the sticks.

You can get gift bags or custom color plastic wrap on ebay CHEAP !

These round polka dot gift boxes are perfect for selling cookies or anything and disc shaped.

If you're looking for something that displays them I would suggest these

they come in a variety of colors and sizes

I hope you have seen it before or this will sound retarded...Cellophane gift wrap (you can get them at all dollar stores and often have cute designs for birthdays etc) And thin ribbons (like for Xmas presents) cut the wrap in a square to fit the cookies (big enough to come up like the wrap would wrap a Easter basket or summin) Stack the cookies on tops of each other or if they are balls just put them around each other (make sure they are cooled) meet the four corners up at the top of the cookies twist the wrap once and tie the ribbons around that part like a twist tie and use scissors to coil the ribbons (again like you would on a Xmas gift) you could also get cute paper or plastic tags at the dollar store to add flair or names to them.... easier to do than explain. hope it helps. Oh also a mason jar with a peice of cloth used as a lid with ribbon tied to hold it in place instead of a lid.

wrap the cookies in see thru colored plastic and put in a colorful bowl. wrap whole thing again with colored plastic and tie with pretty ribbon

You can buy the paper take-out boxes, like the ones for Chinese food, in a specialty paper goods store. They're inexpensive.

If your cookies are the right size, you can pack them in a cleaned out pringles tube. Just glue some wrapping paper around the outside of the tube to decorate it.

Get tall glasses with straight sides. Stack the cookies inside the glass, cover top with clear cellophane circle tied with ribbon - with a tag attached that says "Just Add Milk"!
