Or you call try Hobby Lobby, they do too.
Check at the College. I lived in Nacogdoches for several years and remember the Community Service Classes that they have at the Tyler Jr. College - may be full 4 years now - offered cake decorating classes for a really inexpensive price. Tyler is such a nice city. I enjoyed shopping there and loved the wonderful Tyler roses sold on street corners for an absolute pittance! Enjoy your wonderful city!
