Followed by a heavy dose of Easter eggs and booze.

Chicken with stuffing with Garlic and Onion Roast spuds, Yorkshire puddings, roasted veg, cheese sauce and gravy. Yummy. That is what I having today.

Roast Chicken is my favourite, closely followed by Beef but we've just had a barbecue!!
I loooove roast chicken, but my husband also makes an amazing roast beef!
I guess it all depends on who's cooking!
