anywhere, most bakeries do custom cakes. even places like target, walmart etc can probably do something for you.
Why don't you make one yourself. Just think of what Hollywood means to you and sketch it on paper and think how you would us food products or icing/frosting to copy this idea. eg the Hollywood letters, would be easy to cut out in white roll-out icing and stand up on a cake. Or, a big star with a movie star's/friend's name printed underneath like the starred pavement. Have a go you will amaze yourself!

Bring a picture to your local bakery and they can duplicate it for you. When i was turning 7, we had pink dinosaur give away bags. We gave our bakery one and they replicated it. easy cheesy.
