Answers:
Um, i love making fun parties. I think You should have a THEME. Like a hawaiian party or something like that. And get hawaiian themed fruit for the fondue. like Pineapple, Mango, peaches, . . . Have have a limbo, get grass skirts and stuff, So fun. I did this for a friends little girl once. They all had a blast. Oh and a sleep over of course! The $ store has lots of leis and grass skirts and stuff! ENJOY!!!!

$ sTORES!

Have a house party then after the party have a makeover session, with a sleep over and scary DVD night.

If you have a pool in your back yard and if it warm then you can have a pool party and a cook out and like have hot dogs
good luck with it

Rent roller skates and clear out an area of your house. Then have races. I'm jealous of the fondue set.

fondue is actually a great idea. people think it's out of style and stuff, but it's really fun! make some cheese fondue and get some bread and meat and stuff. then have a chocolate dessert fondue with fruit, marshmallows, etc...chances are that your friends have seen nothing like it before (well, since you're young) and they'll think it was really cool. you can maybe go to a movie afterwards. or you can have a sleepover or whatever.

Gossip. Watch a movie. Freeze someone's undies (it's old school, but fun). Do each other's nails and stuff. Fondue. Prank call people. Take TONS of pics.

Since you mentioned a fondue set// I guess you are inviting girls?
Order pizza, make hotdogs, have plenty of chip, dip and drinks on hand.

Plan a scavenger hunt, and go around your neighborhood, or get adults to drive the teams to different businesses, or grocery stores.. etc.. where you find your item.

You can find a game.. like win, lose or draw and play that by buying a large tablet at a school supply store.

blow up water baloons and get in two lines and get into team of two, and each team sits out each time they drop their balloon, and the last two gets a prize.

Cut a poster into 4 pieces. Give each person some markers, and get them to draw the person giving the party, and get a parent to pick out the one that resembles them the best. they get a prize.

Or,, just sit around and chill!

have fun!

Party with theme like:70s or 80s party

alot of the ones i've been to just are normal sleep overs..

people bring movies, eat junk food, dance to our old and quite stupid britany spears cd's....
we always do sleeping bags though, makes it fun...
make sure you can use phones, internet...have full tv access..leave time for gossip and ideas that you have..so don't plan everything out. its so..ugh annoying really.

fondue is awesome!!
it really is a cool idea, and girls will like it, doing each others nails n stuff is fun, but we never do...mmm someone should always randomly decide to go to a 7/11 and buy cheezy magazines n ice cream in pajamas... stupid games like 20 questions, and truth or dare are ALWAYS great, scavenger hunts are alot of fun too, but make sure you guys are together though so it won't seem like different cliques at a party..that always ruins them.

make homade pizzas...cookies or brownies..
if your really childish like i am, sleepovers are always like disney sappy movies and last time we made princess crowns..

yeah so i'm like 15, but all my friends are just fun and we love being little kids.

just don't do anything TOO organized.

gah, this is long.

OH! smores are the ultimate.
you have to if its possible :D

-lacy

have fun.

maybe you could look up a fun prank site and play a few tricks..or make homade movies...lol
