write them on a napkin and put them in an old bottle and seal the bottle, it'd be kinda time consuming and you'd probably have to deliver them by hand like on the door step or something but i think it'd be worth it.
Use white card stock. Stain with coffee and burn edges with flame for a shipwrecked look.

How many invites do you have to make? Make replicas of the group immunity idol. I think you could capture a screen print for guidance. If you could get some straw, you might be able to make the face out of something like clear brown fabric like a pair of panty hose with the ugly face underneath, Or, get nice plain paper and print pics of the idol either individual or group. That seems to be the most important icon on the show. There is other stuff you could capture, like coconuts, canoes, but they don't 't indicate this particular season.
Unless you have a specialty card shop I don't think you would find a batch that particularly references Survivor. You might take a look at the CBS web site. I did check out the site and there was a beautful closeup of the idol, but it was on a crawl and I coudn't find it again. If you find it, be ready to cap it as soon as it appears.
You could use 2 colors of bandanas for invites. I went to a survivor party and whatever color you got for an invite was your team. The team members could do whatever they wanted to wear the bandana (neck, head, leg, whatever). Either print the info on the bandana, or roll the info up in it or tape it on.
Well if you could hand deliver them, try a 'message in a bottle'. OR if you must mail them write them on scrap paper (brown paper bag), material or something similar. In Hawaii they let you mail coconuts, not sure if you can do something like that on the mainland.

Shape them into the torch's and write you invite stuff on there, get older looking paper and write on in with a sharpie all of your info, like they do at tribal council, island themed stuff.

or a fun homemade invitation, using tropical island clipart plus a time & date for your fellow Survivors to come visit you on your own Mystery Island for fun, games & lots of laughs.
