Im turning 15 and have decided to throw a party..?
ok i have thought of many themes and decided on a hollywood/movie night party. but i dont know what movies to show or how to entertain my friends. am i too old for games? any good advice? how to run it? nay other good party ideas?

Hollywood/movie night is a great theme! Here are a couple of ideas that you might use:
-have you friends come dressed as their favorite actor/actress
-look up some movie trivia online and make a game out of it
-watch an old classic movie that maybe you and your friends haven't seen before (get a suggestion from your parents/grandparents)
-buy and play Scene It, it's a board game that uses a DVD player and involves answering questions about popular movies
-serve different kinds of popcorn (cheddar, cinnamon, spicy) and other favorite theater snacks

never too old for games. thats why we have drinking games so we can say its all about the drinking and not the games. but we love it really.
15 too young? NO!! Tell all of your friends to dress up like a celebrate. Buy some red paper stuff (the kind you make banners out of) and make a red carpet, and take their pics. It will definitly be fun. Put up posters of celebrates too. Have chanpane glasses-plastic ones will work. I would get a variety of the lateset movies so if someone says "I don't like horror movies" pull out a chick flick or something. Get some cards to have a poker/black jack table. Karaoke is fun too...
