28th birthday party ideas?
hi i am planning my 28th birthday party and i don't know what to do i want to do something diffrent then like a house party i wanna do something more exciting any ideas would help

Invite a close group of friends and have a black and white dressy casual Italian food party.

maybe a qiute dinner or party with your loved ones or closet friends! OR if you want to be WILD AND LIVELY a big party and go wild(not to wild, no alcohol, bad stuff) you could over-eat, over-drink(soda, juice, water) and have loads or sweets or have a theme party. or just something fun or something relating to childhood.HAVE FUN AND BE CREATIVE.
Here are two ideas...
1. If you have enough drivers, do a scavenger hunt. Divide in to teams and give each team a digital camera or disposable camera. After one or two hours teams will return to your house and turn in their photos/items. Have a BBQ and determine the winner.
Instead of gathering things like a traditional scavenger hunt, each team has to take a picture doing or getting something. You can have a digital or polaroid for each team or use a disposable camera and have them get pictures developed at 1 hour photo. Each team must share the pictures and stories back at the BBQ. Each picture is worth a different amount of points. Include things like a picture kissing a handsome stranger (the group can vote how many points depending on how handsome), a picture of each team showing their "hooters" in front of a Hooters restaurant, a picture of how many people they can get in a phone booth (one point per person), or all members of a team posed in crowns from Burger King.
You can do tangible "Things" that are worth a certain number of points. For normal scavenger hunt things like paper clips and old movie tickets and a garden tool from the neighbor, those can be 1 point. More difficult things can be 5 points. Include things like a phone number of a girl in a bar, the convienence store clerk with the longest name, or the nametag of an employee at a local restaurant. A little more racy, but could be fun would be the sexiest pair of boxer shorts or underwear from a neighbor or someone at the party. Be creative!
2. On the wilder side, have a strip poker party. NOt some idea at a drunken bash, but plan it in advance. Tell everyone in advance so they can come dressed with lots of clothes or in costume or wearing sun glasses like you see on TV. Take a picture before, and take a picture afterwards. Determine how far a person will strip before they lose, whether it is all the way or underwear (bra included for the girls) or any two pieces of clothing a person chooses. That way it is still about fun, and not drunk guys trying to get drunk girls naked and have sex with them. Once a person loses all their clothes (whatever you decide), they are out of the game and have to stay that way until the party is over. People can also choose to wear outrageous or funny or sexy underwear, a bikini, swimsuit, trenchcoat, whatever they are comfortable in. For the after game picture, people can wear bags on their heads or masks and then no one can see your faces. You can also mix in taking a shot or taking clothes off and give the loser of each hand a choice. It lengthens the game which isn't a bad idea. Also, side bets between players should be encouraged.
you could always maybe try and rent out a clubhouse or a place and have a theme party. Or you and a small group of friends can go out. But I am actually already in the mist of planning my own b-day party...I am a christian and a lot of my friends arent so I am having a party with some friends and family, great food, music..and all
Get alot of your friends together and split the cost of a limo for the night and then spend the rest of the night going to from bar to bar in style. having a couple of drinks then go back out jump in the limo and proceed to the next bar. Its alot of fun cause u see more than one place lots of people and u don't have to worry about getting to drunk because u got a driver. Plus pulling up to bars in a limo just makes the night awesome.
If u don't live in a big city with alot of bars then just rent a hotel room in the closest one and drive up there it will be well worth it.
