I am planning a bachelor party in September, but I have no idea where to start.

I am looking to play a round of golf and drinks afterwards. Need a golf course that allows smoking and drinking and a bar that allows the same. Trying to stay in the same area with a hotel so we dont have to worry about driving anywhere.

You can do the same thing as in any State. Rent a motel suite, have food sent to the room, plenty of drinks on hand, and hire a stripper to come at a certain time. Or a belly dancer, whatever you think everyone would like. Or rent a private room at a restuarant, and have a few women wearing next to nothing show up at an appointed time. They could sing a song, do a dance routine or just gather around the man of honor showering him with hugs and kisses.
Try the Indy airport. From there, get a flight to NYC, Miami, Vegas, LA, or Chicago
