Chilled monkey brains are good...pair it with a nice gazpacho for a light summer-time treat.

Paella. I love the seafood mix and it's impressive to serve. I LOVE paella, but it just makes too much for a simple family meal. It's perfect for a summer crowd.

It is super easy to buy small frozen meatballs and a jar of sauce at the market, then put it all into the crock pot on low. Add some touches to the sauce like oregano, salt and pepper etc. Serve with buns and cheese for a great, fast, hot sandwich.

Shishkabobs for sure! They are fun and easy to make and taste delicious. I sometimes make excuses for friends to get together just so we can make them. Yummy...

Salmon and potatoes cooked in the fire pit in backyard. Just wrap in tinfoil add some lemons, salt, pepper and throw in the hot ashes - potatoes take longer than the salmon so put them in first. Add a salad and you have a great dinner. Sooo good!

Try soft burritos with hamburger meat,lettuce,tomatoes,shredded cheese,taco sauce, and nachos on the side with cheese dip trust me this goes a long way for a crowd

although i do cook on the barby in the cold sometimes. its just the natural thing to do here.

smoked pork shoulder. it's very easy and can feed alot of people.
of course in the summer just about anything cooked out on the grill or the smoker is sure be a winner.
