I need elegant, INEXPENSIVE party favors for my dad's fiftieth birthday party. Its an after-five event. The party is in two weeks, and I haven't a clue on what kind of favors to get.

Does he have grand children? If so, get them to figure out what year he was the same age as him,, and talk about what ha[[ened that year. Example if "Molly" is 7, and your dad was born in 1950, She would say When Grandpa was my age it was 1957. Back then Elvis Presley was really popular and so on ect.
