I need help with ideas to plan a Casino party for adults. Im working with a low budget.

Set up tables or card tables ad have a few of your friends be the dealers and serve fingers foods and stuff like that on foodnetwork Sandra lee just did a casino night and she did all finger foods that resemble cards and stuff like that and she also tells you how to decorate and even favors for cheap if you need favors. -Have your friends (both skinny and flabby) to be in their speedos with a little bow around their necks to serve finger food and drinks.
-Make sure to have plenty of funny money to gamble around
-You gotta have a Cuban Domino to entertain the high rollers, is a very friendly game, is long and it will keep small groups quite busy for a while
-Have your fattest friend dressed as a playboy waitress or if you prefer your ugliest male friend doing it...
-Ask the attendees to show up in their finest shinyest outfits to go along with the casino theme
-Organize table games with funny prices for winners like fake cruise tickets, fake red carpet stuff, etc.
-Have anyone to perform as Elvis, Sinatra, Bette Midler or whoever you want

It has a lot of casino stuff for cheap as decoration and what not. Depending on your budget, some cities have casino companies come in with gaming tables and have a mini Vegas in your home!
