banoffe pie! you just crush up biscuits-i like to use chocolate ones-dry ones not choc coated- mix in melted butter to form crust- like a cheesecake base- refricgerate for a little while till cool, then top with sliced banana then pour over ready made caramel filler from supermarket, stick in the fridge again then top with whipped cream flavoured with instant coffee and sugar! YUMMO! cheap and easy and every one will drool!!

Line casserole dish with ice cream sandwiches
Cover with chocolate sauce(hot fudge sauce)
Top with cool whip
Crumble candy bar ontop of cool whip
Store in freezer till ready to serve
