How many people does a 1/4, 1/2 and a full sheet cake feed?!

Question:

How many people does a 1/4, 1/2 and a full sheet cake feed?

I'm having a graduation party next month and I'm wondering what size cake to order. I am also thinking of making different desserts, too. At least a couple of different kinds of cake and possibly a fruit salad.

Answers:
Depending on how big you slice the cake 1/4 about 10-15, 1/2 (20 to 30) full sheet at least 50

6 to 8
10 to 20
and 25 to 37
It all depends on how you cut the cake.

Well when you go to order the cake they will tell you what size feeds each but I just had a party and I bought a full sheet and it feeds 60 people so you can kinda get ideas from that

Danielle has it right. I'm doing our third graduation party next month and we always have 1/2 sheet cake. But go to your bakery and talk to them! Remember they do this for a living, they can tell you what people order and what works, etc...etc... they can also give you examples of what you want.

Remember to take good pictures of the cake before you cut into it. And take notes over the whole planning procedure and when all is said and done, write down what people ate, what you needed more of, what you needed less of, where you bought the stuff, how much it costs, etc...etc....it will come in handy for your next graduation party.

I used to work in a bakery and they said that the 1/4 sheet cake fed 15-20 people ... the half sheet fed 30-40 people.

Congrats on your graduation!

call publix or someplace that makes large cake and they will tell ya.
