I think the easiest thing to serve for graduation parties is Italian food.

Mostaccioli is always pretty easy and goes over well. Pair that with garlic bread, a salad and a graduation cake and you've got a meal!

Some people like to order some kind of meat also. If you are catering and this is the theme, I'd suggest chicken parmasian. Italian beef sandwiches are also popular with mostaccioli.

Try simple but healthy snack foods like:

Avocado dip (guacamole) with cut carrots, celery and peppers to dip into it

A cheese board with a variety of soft, hard and blue cheeses serve with crackers and Cristin's

sausage rolls with a dipping sauce

fruit platter

and a platter with cold meats, olives and pickles

Good luck! :)

Easier than standing over a grill: Pulled pork sandwiches, I cook fresh pork shoulder in a very large stock pot with beef broth, onions, cloves of garlic, until it falls off the bone (you can also slow roast in the oven). shred it into a disposable aluminum serve with coleslaw and barbeque sauce on soft rolls. Serve with potato and macaroni salads and a large veggie tray with dips and chips) A sheet cake for dessert. Or make a watermelon boat and fill with mixed fruit (great in the summer). Good luck and have fun.
