Help me plan my 18th birthday party!?

okay so my 18th birthday is on the 18th of this month which means its special!
My plan is throw myself a birthday party. Here is the criteria:
my mom wont know because she'll be @ work, my time is limited because i have 2 have the ppl gone b4 my mom gets home, I'm on a very low budget...this is what i thought of having so far,
*def. play music from my computer,
*set up a "graffiti wall" where all my friends can sign it
*i'm gonna make Orange Julius
*i want to play games, do u have any suggestions?
* p.s. my house is very small, so, space is also limited
* as far as food, i want it to be very informal but still trendy...i.e candy sushi, color assorted candy...i unno please help
* an intenary would be great
