So, i'm having another house party (i'm now 18). so far this is what i have got
party them : nightwear - basically underwear.
drinks - DJ, Stelle, vodka jelly, bud wiser
storage - all the beer is going to be stored my my bath with ICE
music - trance techno drum&bass, + the classics
house will be cleared
Hang over pills + condoms will be placed around the house.
karaoke machine placed in living room
singles only party,
kamikaze bandannas (in short for each beer you have you get one red spot on your white head band)
food- chrips, chips & pizza. with salads for healthy people.
WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO COMPLETE THIS PARTY

Sounds like you have it under control. I would suggest that you put the beer in the kitchen sink with ice instead of the bathroom. The bathroom is already hard enough to get into because people peeing so much. It may be hard for people to get drinks.
Don't forget cups, plates and napkins.
To be 21yrs old, your not supposed to drink until then.
