im planning to have a SLEEPOVER! with 3-4 of my best friends for my 14th birthday party but i really really!! need some ideas on anything at all

There's lots you can do!
First, outdoor things!
You can set up a volleyball net and play volleyball and badmitten!.
You can do relay races, potato sack races, three legged races, etc!.
You can get an inflatable kiddie pool, fill it with water, break into 2 teams!. Have a tug of war, the losing team ends up in the pool!
Water balloon fights!
Have a pie eating contest, BUT instead of pie, fill the tins with whipped cream, whoever finishes first, wins!
There's a game, you stand in a circle and toss a ball around the circle, it doesn't matter in what order!. The object is to keep the ball in the air!. Whoever drops the ball is out and you keep going around until there's one person left and that person's the winner!.
Then, another game!. You stay in the circle, and this time, you keep your hands behind your back or at your sides!. Now with ONLY your chin, you pass the ball around and you use ONLY your chin to pass the ball and the person taking the ball uses ONLY her chin to take it! Whoever drops the ball is out, and you keep going around until there's one person left and that person's the winner! This game is hysterical to both play and watch!
Pinata! Find one at the party store that you like, and in the same aisle you can usually find what's called pinata filler, which is just that!. Big bags of candy to fill them with!. Then get some bags and write your friends' names on them and have them break it open or pull the string, whichever one you get and collect their stash!. Make sure to write their names on the bags though!. I've seen arguments break out over whose bag is whose at parties and a simple sharpie marker to a bag can solve this!
For indoor things!
You can rent movies, play Twister, Play Charades!.
You can make an ice cream bar!. Get chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry ice cream and some toppings!. Sprinkles, chocolate syrup, whipped cream, and marachino cherries and have everyone make their own sundaes!. You can get the sundae dishes at the dollar store or the waffle cone bowls at the grocery store!.
You can play games like would you rather and what if!. Ask your friends to bring 5 questions each and then decide if you want everyone to answer them all or put them in a hat and answer only those you pull out!. Some examples are:
If you could have a superpower for a day, what would you choose and what would you do with it!?
If you could spy on one person for a day, seeing and hearing all they say and do, who would you choose and why!?
Would you rather go somewhere you hate with those you love, or somewhere you love all alone, by yourself!?
Would you rather go somewhere where no one speaks English, but they treat you like royalty, or somewhere where everyone speaks English, but they are very rude to you!?
Would you rather wear the same clothes for one week straight, or run up and down your street naked for one hour!?
I'm sure you and your friends can come up with many more and much better ones!. Make them fun, silly, and some serious to learn more about each other!
Another thing you can do is to take a white sheet and hang it up as a backdrop somewhere in your house and then go out and get some props, and also ask your friends to bring some too!. Things like feathery boas, hats, sunglasses, etc!. Then you and your friends can pose with each other and the props and take pictures while wearing the props and with each other!. You'll have fun and have some fun pictures from the party!
You can also go to the crafts store and get some of those frames that are blank and have to be decorated!. Get one for you and one for each girl along with paint, glitter, stickers, etc!. and then you and your friends can decorate the frames, they can take it home as a favor from the party and put their favorite picture in it from your party!

3!.Watch a horror film with some pop-corn and make marshmellows dipped in melted chocolate!.
