Flank steak is great for large groups!. You could try this recipe I've made in the past!. It makes it so juicy and flavorful!.
What You'll Need!.!.!.
3 lbs of good quality flank steak
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons of honey
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of powdered ginger (freshly grated could work too I suppose)
3/4 cup of salad oil
1 cup of chopped green onions
What You'll Do!.!.!.
1) Combine the ingredients into a marinade!. Marinate steak in a wide, shallow dish for 2-4 days, piercing with a fork and turning in the morning and at night!. Keep covered with plastic wrap!.
2) BBQ steak for 7 minutes on each side!.
3) Slice diagonally in thin slices!.

i strongly agree with ribeye !
what i love doing is to marinade in soy sauce ,worshestershire,and some fresh garlic no more than 1-hr!. in the fridge !.then put on a mesquite charcoal grill braise on both sides on med-high then let rest on the coolest part of grill for at least 5 minutes then just finish of on med till temp / doneness desired!.

I enjoy a good rib eye with bone in or t-bone!. It depends on the marbling of the meat too!. marbling is the lines of fat in the meat!. you do wants some so the meat is juicey and tender but not so much that u are just eating fat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I also love ribeye!. When I am serving a large crowd I cut them in half!. That way there is less waste and if some one wants two pieces they can have it, a whole steak is some times too much!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

All cuts are good if properly prepared!. However the easiest for a crowd would be a flank steak or the fillet, grilled in one piece, then sliced thinly and served!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
