My boss and 2 of my co-worker's bdays are this month!. We always do something very, very special like the last bday we had drinks, with crazy straws and designed cups!. I want do so something fun and inexpensive!.!.!. You could have a luau themed party!. Your invitation/banner could say "since you cannot go to a luau, we brought the luau to you!" Give them leis to wear and have tropical fruit drinks!. Buy some cheap little festive gifts and have the three of them compete in a hula dancing contest!. Give an award to the most creative, the most energetic, the most relaxed, etc so that each person gets a little gift!.
