I don't think you can get glow coloring but McCormick have neon food coloring in pink, purple, green and blue!.
Why not try getting glow in the dark candles to go on top or candles which flames change color!.

I've been a cake decorator for 10 years and never heard of such a thing!. You can go to www!.sweetc!.com and either view the catalog online or request one be mailed!. They have a lot of really cool cake decorating supplies and tons and tons of dyes!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
