Need housewarming help...!
Hubby & I recently purchased a house!.!.!.!.only have about 1300 SF to work with and we're not sure how to have a housewarming!. We thought about having it in 2 groups so that we could accomodate everyone!.!.!.don't want it to be too crowded!.
We both feel kind of nervous because we want everyone to enjoy themselves!. Shoud we cram everyone 50 people in at once of have 2 groups over 2 weekends!.

Cram everyone in and spill out into the yard! I don't see how you can split up a group without hurting someone's feelings!.
Perhaps have the party "extend" from early afternoon on!? This way people will come and go throughout the day!.

Maybe an open house housewarming would work!. Some people are really busy on the weekends so they may appreciate it also!. That way you can have everyone on one day that may stay for an hour or 2 and you will only have to do the party planning, cleaning and so forth for one day instead of 2!. Have the party start around 1:00 and go until !?
