As for a theme, you might do something like an Alice in Wonderland Theme!.!.!. Have a "Mad Tea Party", For the decorations, choose Bright ballons, and streamers to decorate your dinning room!. Tie a ballon to every chair with a persons name on it as to where they will sit!.!.!. go to good will and pick up different sized plates and different looking forks and spoons for every place setting (everything should be mismatched)!. Pick up also a tea pot for everyone coming to the party and fill them with candy, beads, funky cheap sunglasses etc to become favors for everyone to take home!. Decorate the table with confetti, fake flowers, anything bright and colorful!.!.!. you want to make the table seem Crazy! For Food, you can make a cake of either cupcakes that say Eat Me, or a crazy cake made of serveral layers that are all different sizes (you can find cake pans at craft stores) and stager them so they are not perfectly straight up and down!. Buy a few tubs of white frosting and add neon food coloring to get funky colors and make strips or polka dots!. For the actual food, try making tea sandwiches (search foodnetwork: Ham on the Street!.!.!. he had a whole show on neat tea party ideas), maybe some sweet and sour meatballs, chicken fingers etc!. Good Luck and Happy Birthday!Www@FoodAQ@Com
First of all, HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU! No, I'm not good at answering sleepover questions, I can only tell you what we used to do!. We would have retro parties!. You come dressed (assuming your parents still have any left) in clothes like your parents wore when they were your age, and brought along your favorite stuffed animal and game!. Food, Rachael Ray always has great party food ideas that don't cost a lot, so check out her website!. And then you spend the night talking about boys, makeup, clothes and giggling until your parents yell at you to go to sleep already!. Of course there weren't movies or DVD's to rent when we were your age, so we told ghost stories, played truth or dare, or fooled around with an Ouiji board and tarot cards, or made paper fortune tellers, and scared ourselves to death!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
