I'm at uni and a friend has decided on a birthday theme for her birthday!?

I was wondering if anyone had any ideas of what to wear? bearing in mind we will be going out to public place (Union) where there will be complete strangers! and it a short walk so nothing too skimpy!!! I'm a bout a size 12/14 so flattering ideas would be great!!!

Also any ideas of pre drinking games within that theme?

Also about footwear?

And what sort of fun should we have?
