Do an OVER THE HILL party.

Buy a candy mold that Means Something Special
Regarding Your Grandpa ~ Melt white Chocolate - turn them into Suckers . You can get the sticks,Colored Chocolate & tiny cellophane wrappers at a craft or Cake Shop. We did
Purple Rose suckers for a wedding .Very Pretty yet Inexpensive.

Use your computer- Find a picture of your grandfather when he was very young and a current picture. Print them both out - I would make them small - glue or tape them back to back to each other - so one side is his current picture and when you turn it over it is a baby picture. Make sure you put his name & date of birth on the picture. Minimally you could laminate them. I sort of like using them to make something like a key chain or make up the little bags of candy & use them to tie the bags shut. Another option with the pictures is to put them onto a thank you card that can be given to everyone ( you would not paste them together then). May be this help you to think of another idea.

You can try the site:

They have many different favor ideas...

If it's in Las Vegas, how about a Good Luck bag? You could include a rabbit's foot, a 4 leaf clover, a horseshoe charm, a box of Lucky Charms cereal (or one of those mini boxes), or some other symbols of good luck and good fortune. Include a lucky penny for gambling. Since your grandfather has lived a long time, the theme of the bag could be something like Here's to Good Luck and Good Health, or Luck for a Long Life. If you want to make it a little more Vegas themes, add in some dice, a deck of cards, and an Elvis knick-knack.

Another idea is to see if your grandfather had a favorite candy growing up or some other favorite foods, toys, or little things and order it online. There are lots of places that sell nostalgic candy.

What was his favorite thing to do? Make your party favors a take off of that...
