Answers:
Eat em at brekky in an omlette (eg tomato and mushroom and spinach), eat em at lunch as a big salad sandwich or a greek or ceasar salad, or a vegie pasta (try peas, corn kernels) or a vegie stirfry (honey and soy sauce tastes good). Then have em for dinner: vegie soups, side salads, finely chopped vegies in spaghetti bolognase, or the sauce of whatever your eating on steamed vegies. Dont forget carrot/celery sticks with dips for snacks! phew!

Vegetables cause cancer!

I try to look up new recipes to try new vegetables and to try them in new ways. It keeps it interesting and gives me the opportunity to discover new things I may really love (mom didn't care for cauliflower so I never even tried it until I was in college but it's great!). There are some great recipes, easy to search, and plenty of reviews on allrecipes.com which I find very helpful; plus I rummage through all my cookbooks! Bon apetit!

50/50 rule:

Try to keep half of every meal green. If your veggies only take up 1/5 of the plate, add salad.

There are many ways to do so. It's easy to substitute ingredients with veggies, for instance:

1. When making a vegetarian lasagna, substitute the pasta with zucchini or squash that you cut length-wise.

2. If you buy fresh veggies, take some time to cut them and place them in baggies as individual servings. So when you feel like snacking, it's already cut and ready to eat.

3. Look up some dip recipes. It makes eating celery less bland.

4.Go to food.com and find some side dishes recipes. Most of them are veggie dishes.

I am a vegetarian and i found this idea:

1.have a big plate
2.make some salad with sour cream on top
3.put the salad at the first half of the plate
4.have a vegetarian rice
5.put it on the other half

There you have a perfect vegetarian food

Veggie lettuce wraps.

I usually use:
red bell pepper
onions
zucchini
mushrooms
carrots
dice them up all very small and then saute in whatever dressing or oil you like and the put in cold lettuce wrap.

well i love eating chicken cesar salads so this is what i do first get medium size bowl then get either ranch or cesar salad sauce then get lettuce and tomato and chicken and broccoli carrots fresh or out of the can and some radishes and mix it all together and you have every vegetable to eat for either lunch or dinner.

spaghetti squash with marinara on it and parmesan

I tried real hard .But truth is it just was,nt happening. since they do reccomend 5-9 servings of fruits and veggies,I found the best way for me is to drink at least 1/2 of my servings a day. I have a juicer . i even mix them together. like apple and carrot, wheat grass and pineapple.and i found a generic brand of V8 that i like alot.the good thing about the juicer is i can save the pulp and add it to smoothies or muffins so i dont lose the fiber benefit.
6OZ. FRUIT OR VEG JUICE EQUALS 1 SERVING.thats less than a cup. most cans of juice are 12 so thats 2 most bottles of juice are 8-10 0z. so if added to your daily intake of fruit and veggies its not hard to get what you need. Its made it alot easier for me.><>
