Help with Wedding Menu!!
I am getting married in December and the venue only offers 5 entrees and I get to pick 2 for my guests!. For sampling I only get to try 3 so I was wondering if you guys could help me in which 3 I pick to try since I have never ate any of these!. Thanks!
1!. Ranch Steak and Chicken De La Sol
2!. Petit New York Steak
3!. Chicken Oscar
4!. Norwegian Style Salmon with Dill Sauce
5!. Chicken Cordon Bleu

but you always want to go with the chicken
cause more people like chicken then they do with beef pork of fish
but here i will give you want sounds good to me -even though i am a vegetarian lolzer-
okay 1 sounds good cause everybody loves ranch! and steak and chicken togeather prob!. appeal to alot of people!.
3!. sounds simple and may appeal to picky people
4!. For all those fish lovers! pluse salmon is good! and makes you look like your not cheap or anything! gives you a bit of!.!.!.uh class i guess you could say haha
so yeah try to go with more chicken
and a little bit of fish is good too!

Can't tell you what all of them are but as for the CHicken Oscar, it's chicken with asparagus, crabmeat and topped with a bernaise or hollandaise sauce!. The Chicken Cordon Bleu is chicken generally stuffed with melted ham and cheese and breadcoated!.

always a safe bet with the cordon bleu and the steak!. chicken oscar is absolutely fantastic, but there's crab in it so i'd stay away because of allergies!. but definitely try it with your sampling! it's a chicken breast with crab and asparagus, topped with hollandaise!. mmmmmmmm! codon bleu is a stuffed chicken breast!.!.!.swiss cheese and ham!. the salmon!.!.!.it's just the coking style that makes it norwegian style!.!.!.seasonings!. it's salmon with dill!. no idea what chicken de la sol is! hope that helps!Www@FoodAQ@Com
The salmon is a MUST, since it's the only seafood offered and some guests may not eat meat !.!.!. I think the steak & chicken is a good 2nd choice, since it combines red & white meat!. I'd try the chicken oscar for a 3rd option!. Getting #2 is tricky, since everyone liikes their steak cooked differently, so that would be my last choice:)Www@FoodAQ@Com
Well petite New your steak, i'm sure is just a small steak, and chicken cordon blue is pretty simple, chicken, ham and cheese!.
So i'd try the Salmon with dill sauce, Chicken Oscar, and Ranch Steak and chicken de la sol just to know what they taste like!.

well steak is steak- and chicken cordon bleu is pretty good (just ham, cheese and chicken) so try the other three #1 #3 #4Www@FoodAQ@Com
I would go with the Petit New York Steak!. It's just a VERY good kind of steak!. Everyone who likes steak will love it!
