21st bday party...IDEAS!
ok my friend is finally turning 21!. (shes the last of our little group) =)
so anyways, we wanted to start the party early and hit up the bars but since we are goin to party the whole weekend we need someplace cheap, no cover fee and inexpensive drinks!.

ha this just happened with my friend, she turned 21 so we rented a hotel room right next to ASU dorms (because we live in AZ) and we pregamed it there with tons of booze (we refer to it as getting our budget buzz on), then we were right in the middle of college town, so we walked up and down the streets bar hopping, most bars don't have a cover for girls, but me and the other men really don't mind paying!. but hey lets just focus on the key points of that story and let you work out your own plan
