Most baked goods will freeze very well so plan big and think positively!. If it flops, you can always freeze the leftovers for yourself for later, give them to friends/family, take to nuring homes, etc!.
You can pack cookies, brownies, Rice Krispie treats, etc!. in baggies and price them like 2 small ones for 50 cents or 2 big ones for 75 cents or a dollar!.
I would have 6 loaves or more of assorted breads some yeast breads and some sweet breads/muffins!. I'd price them at $3-$4
Pies are usually really good selling items, so I'd have a dozen of them!. Those I would sell for $5-$8 depending on how nice they look!.
Cakes that are decorated pretty go well before a plain ol' 9" x 13" cake!. Take 4-5 of those!. $5-$10 prices
You might want to have bottles of water or some coffee/hot chocolate too (depending on weather) because many times I've purchased baked goods as a snack on my way home and nearly died needing a drink of some kind! Www@FoodAQ@Com

Do you make bread!? Home made bread "always" sells!. I use a very easy batter bread recipe that I found on the rapid rise yeast package!. I make the small loaves and they can be rising while making the cookies and pastries!.
Individual pie turnovers will sell very quickly also as they can munch and crunch right on the spot - people like instant gratification!. Use baggies - It is easier to sell a baggie of 3-5 cookies - depending on size than a plate of cookies!.
Don't forget the homemade muffins !.!.!. (smiles)
Good Luck and Hope This Helps You A Little Bit
