The top ones are places you could host any party. The bottom four are more locations that are fun for kid's parties, although they can be used for general parties also.

If you are doing in during warm months I wold suggests cotacting your state/county parks departments. Many of them have pavillions you can rent with tables, electric and grills. They also generally have a lot of activities for your guests. Also, it is cheap : )
You could throw a party at the beach, at the pool, at a park, at a hotel, or Dave & Busters is great! :]
