Answers:
chestnuts, baked sweet potatoes & hot spicy wine.

Please tell me you know how to roast chestnuts.... As they are done put them into a basket lined with some kitchen towles and keep them covered. This will keep them warm AND the steam they generane will help them peel easier.
Buy small sweet (yellow & white) potatoes - bake them. No butter no dips no nothing - just the potatoes. Oil each spud & wrap each one in tin foil and bake. You'll know when they are ready when you can easily poke it with a toothpick.

Get two gallons of Gallo red wine, 4 cinimon sticks, a table spoon of dried cloves, two cups of orange juice. the wine must not boil and you'll probable have to prepare the wine at least an hour ahead of time.
If red wine gives you a head ache then substite the wine with apple juice or cider - do the same.... and you may want to add some Jack Daniels. Don't boil it or the alchola will cook out (same goes for the wine!).

games? I cant help you.
But get lots of cheap white muslin and white lights and string them all over the inside of the shed. it will change the look inside.
Have a bonfire outside with lots of marshmallows and smores fixings.
have fun.

string of white lights all around
plants to decorate with
baskets full with nuts and goodies

Games: I dunno if they will be all adults or you want games for kids...but go to :
