Where do i buy polystyrene cups with lids and paper plates.?
Hi i am doing a tea and coffee service on the local car boots from my converted trailer. Some companies like Middletons etc will not let me buy from them unless i am registered as a caterer, i am not a caterer. Where can i buy polystyrene cups with lids, paper plates etc. It's the cups i mainly need. Would appreciate some help on this.

Caterers cash and carry. Some accept you as a member with just a business card and letterhead, which are easy to knock out of a pc.
Typing that however, you can get these supplies at any discount shop, or even local supermarket.
try to ask at your local supermarket who the dealer is, tehn you could get them cheaper if you order in big quantities
As well as the above you can also get them in bulk from Makro, and don't forget old Ebay.
I would say Makro too if there is one in your area, you need to be member but I think you can get day passes too I had to have one when I forgot my card.

If there is a Sam's Club or Costco around your area go there. If not look at your local grocery stores.
Try Sam's Club or another big warehouse. There might be a paper supply house in your area. This is were a lot of restaurants and hotels get there paper goods so maybe call them to get the name of the place.

If you go to makro you can get lots for your money and there's sucha wide varity to choose from you wouldn't know that there are so many differant types of paper cups.
I don't know what part of the country you are in but I saw some of these generic cups with the lids (like for coffee) at the Dollar General store. Very inexpensive. Also try Sams Club.
Most supermarkets in the UK stock the especially larger superstores.
Wilkinson's Tesco and the In store sell things like this in fact the In store had a big selection today i bought polystyrene plates there very cheap

tescos have them but they are dear
if your a member of costco they do big packs of cups
any cash & carry but you have got to have a card.....do you know anyone ?
