What all foods should I have with a taco bar?

I am having a taco bar for my bunco party and I was wondering what all items I should have to go with the tacos. Any suggestions??? :)

I would suggest having a gamet of fillings for all types of palates.

Of course you would have all of the regular things that people mentioned that are common in tacos - meat, sourcream, cheese, jalepenos, lettuce, tomatoes, olives, salsa, guac or fresh avacado, soft & hard taco shells, etc.

But I think that you should also the "fixings" for fish tacos to the menu. Add grilled fish and cabbage to the bar for a nice twist.

It may also be nice to have fresh chopped cilantro available.

ground meat and also small salad shrimp. cubed chicken, different shreaded cheeses, hot and mild salsa, shreded lettuce or cabbage, sour creme, avocado, and of course refried beans and spanish rice
