The fur gets everywhere, and they breed like rabbits! Noisy, scaly rabbits.
Besides the second you have breeding slough, the ferrets will come 'round, and a slough-ferret infestation is almost impossible to get rid of without liberal applications of creosote and bread pudding. It'll have you up at all hours!
