Answers:
have a princess themed party let the girls dress up and decorate like a castle, you can have a make up station, a hair-do station ask some of the other girls moms to help you out with doing hair and make up the kids will love it then take glam shots at the end of the party so they all have pics to remeber the day i bet your kid would be the talk o fthe school

well go to www.familyfun.com or www.mm.com to see some cakes, and themes

Build a bear is amazing. You pay a set fee at this place and your guests get bears and there is a whole party thing. Little girls love these things many malls now have Build a bear check it out!

make a pinata...kids love them!

How about a party at Build A Bear; or
A princess party where the girls can dress up;
or a tea party where they can all wear fancy hats and dress up; or a scrapbooking party where they can all make a scrapbook page; or a craft party where they can be creative, get some clay, beads, yarn, paper, paste, etc. and let them be creative. Offer prizes for the best artwork (of course, everyone's is so special that they all get a little prize); there are tons of ideas, let your imagination run wild.

get some tips at marthastewart.com
or epicurious.com

local beauty schools have manicure parties or try a at home dress up day complete with a afternoon tea

movie night with her friends. a girls-only sleepover.

XD because i doubt shes latin in origin, a pi?ata could be fun. but take in consideration that pi?atas are for "smaller" kids.

`cook=out,plays some games,swinning,have her friends,punch&cake

Beach themes are always a big hit. A sheet cake iced and covered with cookie crumbs become sand. Blue icing or jello for water and beach themed items can be found in most dollar stores or online like oriental trader. Blue jello with gummy fish make cute " fish bowls" and there are a lot of outdoor and water type games that can be played. Flip flop and beach ball type prizes / gift bag stuffers can be found easily as well. I've even seen some cute flip flop cakes ( site listed below)online. Both of my girls have had parties like this one at age 7 and one at age 14. They were different and fun.

hmmm worlds of fun?

My niece had one at one of those dress up/make up places. She and her friends had a ball recording their own video.

ask her what she likes if she can't think of any thing go wit a tea party or a skating party
but pump it up party zone is awesome if u want the girls to get happy

butterflies
princesses
ballet
pink
rock star
cool stuff

Have a pizza party,
We made a bunch of dough ahead of time, then chopped and diced all kinds of toppings. When all the guest arrive sit everything out and let everyone make their own personal pizza. Tell everyone to bring their own favorite Cd's. play music get everyone to dance, sit cheap disposable cameras around encourage all to take alot of pictures. That way you can make scrape books of the fun day

Here's something creative that will be appreciated and you will have fun doing:

Make up a crossword puzzle and have all the hints be personal inside moments and jokes that only you two would know about. Put it on a poster board and add some clipart and some pictures to it!

The crossword puzzle could be time consuming and a bit frustrating ... you could do the same idea with a WORDSEARCH or WORDFIND puzzle.

Put your computer skills to work! Use Excel, get clipart from Yahoo Images Search, copy them, and reformat them, use a gluestick to put on posterboard.

Use graph paper, and pictures from magazines if you are not as good on the computer, and it will give it a homemade feeling.
