Centerpiece ideas for Little mermaid theme?!

Question:

Centerpiece ideas for Little mermaid theme?

Hi! Can anyone give me ideas for my daughter's "Little Mermaid" Party theme? and if possible to include a picture. Any ideas would help alot. Thank you!

Answers:
A centerpiece I used once was, a small bowl with blue, red and yellow stones add water and a Beta Fish(fighting fish). Write on the bowl your daughter's birth date and name with a gold or silver pen. This can be a take home gift for the kids. Fish-$2.00, Bowls-$.50cents, Stones$1.00 a bag(one of each can last for about 20 bowls) don't fill them up too much. Happy Birthday to Daughter and good luck to you.

My own creations. I have many more

That's easy. Get a little battery operated fountain and sit a mermaid barbie ar an Ariel doll in it with a plastic carttonfish from the movie.
Use bamboo place mats and serve little treats in big shells.

Ariel vases and pink flowers and Ariel balloons tied to them( the vases)

for a buffet project i worked on we made an ice sculpture of ariel sitting on a rock. it was amazing but at 3 i guess they wouldnt appreciate that. how about a paper mache ariel that you can later fill with candy for the kids to beat the hell out of?

happy birthday to your daughter. have fun

Try orientaltrading.com They have alot of birthday things and themes for real reasonable prices. Hope your daughter has a fun birthday.

small Fishbowl (on top of a mirror.) Water and colored stones in bowl. Seashells around the mirror and then you could add a mermaid barbie or such type of doll sitting the top of the bowl or half in half out of the bowl. You can find most of it at any hobby store or even at wal-mart.
I'd also look into paper table clothes, plates and napkins with Little Mermaid on it. Should be able to find at any party store.

How about a molded cream cheese centerpiece in the shape of a large shell, fish or a crab? The nice thing about this is you can eat them and molds are available, just make a cream cheese covered pate and fit it into the mold of your choice. Refrigerate for at least five hours, covered so it won't dry out and unmold onto a nice shell like plate. I made liver pate and cream cheese shaped into gift boxes, they were awesome, and it is such a versatile material because the liver pate give the foundation shape and the cream cheese is like the icing that you can shape with an icing bag and decorating tip, plus you can dye it to taste. I have made xmas trees, baskets of flowers and all sorts of beautiful shapes, that people end up eating by spreading it on some ritz crackers or melba toast, and complimenting.

I also saw these absolutely awesome gelatins, it has the instructions in Spanish but making it is quite a challenge. Anyway, looking won't hurt.
