Answers:
Some of these games work better with both boys and girls, some work better with just boys or girls...
Here are some ideas. Hope you have a great party.

1. Frozen T-Shirt or pants contest. The day before the party get T-shirts wet and put them in a freezer. They can be folded or not, depending on how long you want the game to last. At the party, give everyone who is playing a T-shirt and the first person to wear it is the winner. They can do anything they want to thaw it out, but the T-shirt must be put over their head and their arms through the sleeves.

2. If you have a pool do a Belly Flop contest. You can have judges sit on the side and hold up score cards for the biggest splash, best belly flop, best performance, etc. Inner Tube races. Have each person go up and back and then hand off to the next person. Tug of war. Have two teams on each side of the pool. The winners would pull the losers in to the pool.
Skinny dipping was always a favorite of mine, still is and I'm a senior in college. However, I would not recommend doing this in mixed company. The parents would freak and people are more interested in sneaking a peek at each other than just having fun and swimming naked.

3. Kissing Cousins. Have each person write down the names of the boy or girl that they have kissed, touched, seen naked, etc. You decide on what it is you are writing down. Then, compare lists and see how many of you have the same boy or girls name on your list. The game works best with all girls or all boys, not mixed. If it is mixed, the boys tend to brag and lie, and the girls say they haven't kissed anyone so they don't get labelled a s l u t.

4. Poker. Some people don't know how to play poker, but it is alot of fun. Play for pennies or M&Ms and then the game is about having fun, not losing money. If you tell everyone in advance, you could also do a strip poker game. Have everyone wear some boxer shorts with crazy patterns, nothing revealing, or whatever they would feel comfortable wearing in a picture. Take a picture before with everyone dressed and then a picture at the end of the game with everyone in their funny underwear wearing paper bags on their heads.

5. If you have enough drivers, do a scavenger hunt. After one or two hours teams will return to your house and turn in their items. Have a BBQ and determine the winner.
If you have enough drivers, do a scavenger hunt. After one or two hours teams will return to your house and turn in their items. Have a BBQ and determine the winner.

Divide in to teams and have a disposable camera, digital, or polaroid for each team and have them get pictures developed at 1 hour photo or on a computer and then share the pictures and stories back at the BBQ. Each picture is worth a different amount of points. Here are some ideas…
1. A picture kissing a handsome stranger (the group can vote how many points depending on how handsome)
2. A picture of each team showing their "hooters" in front of a Hooters restaurant
3. A picture of how many people they can get in a phone booth (one point per person)
4. All members of a team posed in crowns from Burger King.
5. An autograph of the high school quarterback or cheerleader, or their mother.
6. The convienence store clerk with the longest name or the nametag of an employee at a local restaurant. 7. A little more racy, but could be fun would be the sexiest pair of boxer shorts or underwear from a neighbor or someone that you know from high school.
8. Find a statue of a person and the team must pose with the statue in the same pose as the statue.
9. The team must pose with someone wearing a uniform. It could be military personnel, a fireman, or even a guy at McDonald's.
10 Worth many points: an address number plate, license plate or publicly posted telephone number with the digits 2007 in it.
11. The team must pose with everyone crammed into the back seat of a car.
12. The team must be photographed acting out a scene of a movie or television show.
13. The team must be photographed pretending to do Tai Chi in a park.
14. The team must pose with a non-team member playing a musical instrument.
15. The team must pose in a boat.

You could go for a Hawaiian night.Or a pirate night..

The cheapest most fun game...The marshmallow game, all you need is a bag of marshmallows, paper a pen and an Imagination....brake into two teams even is best, Before the party a adult no planning on playing writes words on little slips of paper and puts them in a bucket or jar, then the first player from the first team puts one marshmallow in his or her mouth and picks a word without looking, the first team has 2 minutes to have there team mates guess the word, every round add another marshmallow it might not sound too fun in writing but I'm grown up and my friends still enjoy playing it.

How about hiring a karaoke machine and having an American idol contest - you could also get into groups and create your own bands - get people to be simon, paula and randy and you'd have a real laugh!

turn on the music and have them dance to the beat. truth or dare will be nice, too. :] fun activties like ding-dong ditch [lol] or prank calling, only friends. you could make a bonfire if its like in the summer.
