there b-day is on the 30th two huskies turning 5 and a lab turning 2
there will be 8 dogs
and about 30-40 people
its a big party i need ideas for cheap food for people

obviously hamburgers or hot dogs are going to probably be yur cheapest bet!. you could do homemade pizzas!.!.!. have everyone bring the toppings they like and you get the dough, sauce, and cheese! easy and fun!. i don't know if you've heard of it, but you've gotta make PUPPY CHOW! it's a chex mix dessert!.!.!.
9 cup Chex
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup butter
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Put cereal in large bowl!. Melt chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter!. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla!.
Pour over Chex cereal, put into a large plastic bag with powdered sugar and shake well to coat!.

Spread mixture evenly on wax paper and allow to cool!.

I say nachos Its cheep and all you have to do is buy some cheese, get a couple bags of chips and put some meat in it and rotel (Optional ) and don't forget the topings hotsause, sour cream, and Jalpanos!.also, you can order pizza or make subway sandwiches with chips!.and if you want to be really cheap: chips and dip and one of the appetizers plates with diffrent types of dips,cheeses, and fruit or the meat plates with the Hotwings and ranch dip ( that is if you are not vegetarian )!. i hope i could help you Have fun!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Hot dogs
Make a snack mix called Puppy Chow!.
Cookies in the shape of bones, dogs, or people!.
Here is the Puppy Chow recipe!.
Puppy Chow
1 Cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 Cup Peanut butter
1/2 Cup peanuts
6 Cups Chex cereal
1 Cup Powdered sugar
Melt morsels, stir until smooth add peanut butter and peanuts, stir!. Gently add in the cereal and stir to coat!. Place the powdered sugar in a large zip top bag or sealable bowl!. Add the chocolate coated cereal and toss to coat!.

Cute idea:) !.!.!.!. A big pot of chili with shredded cheese, lettuce, tomatoes & onions to put on top !.!.!. or make some hot DOGS and serve with the chili !.!.!.!.!. veggie/dip and fruit platters!. You can buy dog-bone shaped cookie cutters to make cookies, or make a 9x13" cake and cut out the edges to form a dog bone shape:) !.!.!.!.!.!.There are lots of dog biscuit recipes to make too (just search on Yahoo search)!. Mine like ones with grated cheese, peanut butter, garlic (keeps away bugs) and parsley (good for their breath) - I have 2 labs:) !.!.!. Get a hard plastic wading pool and fill it with water!. If you don't mind eating them, nothing is cheaper than hot dogs and hamburgers!. One of the secrets is to mix filler in with the burgers kind of like you do meatloaf!. Diced onions in there to give moisture!. Some cooks mix different types of meat together!.

the nice deli platters from the bigger grocery stores are lovely!. They come with cold cuts, crackers, cheeses, veggies and fruits and the accompanying dips!. About one per 10 people and it won't be that expensive to feed that many!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
