Answers:
If they don't do birthday parties here's how to do one of your own!.

Party Theme:
Sugar ans Sweets Party!.
Food:
If its a normal no sleepover party, here's a menu:
Lunch/Dinner:
Pizza or Hot dogs!. Keep it simple so that your dessert can be fun!
Dessert:
Go to the Powell's Candy Shop and buy the candy you think you and your friends will like!. Then make cupcakes with frosting and add the candy on top!. I have no clue what a Powell's Candy shop is so i'm trying my best!.
Or you can do a dessert buffet with assortments of candy and cupcakes!. Try not to add sugar when you make the cupcakes!. Add Splendid because it will be too much sugar with everything!.
As activities, do things like make your own candy with melted chocolate, cupcake paper(like the paper you have around muffins and cupcakes), M&M's, chocolate chips, sprinkles, nuts, pretzels, etc!. Email me for how o make candy if thats an activitie you want!.
Or another activitie:
Get 2 pairs of oven mitts and a bag of Hershey Kisses!. Here's how to play the game:
Everyone is divided into 2 teams!. The first person in each team puts on the oven mitts and gets ready!. When the referee says "go" they oven mitt people grab a hershey kiss from the bowl in front of them and has to unwrap the hershey kiss without using face, legs, mouth, etc only mitted hands!. Once the kiss is unwraped, they take off the mitts and hand them to the next person in line!. This goees on until the bowl in front of one team is completely empty!. All cand y is NOT to be eaten but thrown out!. Email me for more instructions if you need them!.
More activities:
Canyland! Buy a few candy land games and play that for an hour!. Its fun and goes with the theme!

OK so now the treat bags!
Get any type of party treat bag that you want and when the party is over give them the bags!. Have them add their homemade candy to the bag, and some fun little things like:
Cupcake Paper and Candycane pen
(idk if your a girl or not but candy flavored lipgloss!?)
Bubble gum
and a thing of carrot sticks as a joke since its a "sugar" party! lol! we did that before at my party!
Decorations:
Streamers in fun candy/sugar colors like wihte and red or white and pink, etc and twist them around things and draw lolipops and hang them from the ceiling! Banners are cool and everything else too! Add some of your own things to the ddecor!
GOod luck and email me with any party questions:
