What would you serve with fried chicken wings (without sauce) on a buffet?!

Question:

What would you serve with fried chicken wings (without sauce) on a buffet?

Something a step up from football party would be great! I don't expect to serve gourmet food with chicken wings, but I want something kind of nice. Thanks!

Answers:
Maybe twice baked potatoes and an assortment of roasted vegetables. Kind of heavy, but good for a cool afternoon.

In warmer weather you could opt for a corn and black bean salad, tortilla chips and guacamole.
